Fredric Lehne as Norman Osborn/Green Goblin: He is a tad old but he has the creepiness, and arrogance, not to mention a sleazy slickness. If you've seen him as the Yellow Eyed Demon Azazel I think you'll agree with me. Plus i can totally picture him in the suit.
John C. McGinley as Norman Osborn/Green Goblin: He is buff, plays scary, angry and crazy reeeally well and looks almost identical to Norman. The only downside to him is it will be really hard for anyone to not see him as Dr. Cox from Scrubs. Oh and this picture i didn't make, someone else did.
Jeffery Dean Morgan as Kraven the Hunter: Now i know J.D.M. has gotten lots of exposure lately what with Watchmen and The Losers but there's no one who looks more like him or can play a gun wielding mad hunter better.
Ben Kingsley as The Vulture: He is a very good actor, can seem very smart and pretentious, and looks very similar.
Jared Padalecki as Eddie Brock/Venom: Here's why, he's buff can play that he is kind, at the same time can play crazy and power hungry also he can play pitiful. If you wanna see the proof of those first watch the Supernatural episode Born Under A Bad Sign in Season 2 and then watch Season 4.
Cilian Murphy as Cletus Cassidy/Carnage: I know it's type casting with him playing the mentally disturbed Scarecrow in Batman, and the killer in Red Eye but he's just so good at it. This role gives him a chance to go even more crazy. I think he would just be great at it.
Sam Witwer as Mac Gargan/Scorpion: He has been Starkiller in Star Wars: Force Unleashed as well as the original Ice Truck killer suspect in Dexter. He plays smart and homicidal well.
Hayden Panettiere as Felicia Hardy/Black Cat: She is semi-acrobatic, pretty, sexy, and already has work playing a superhero. I just really don't want them to cast Meghan Fox.
Oliver Platt as Doctor Octopus: Personally i liked Alfred Molina as Doc Oc. I thought he was a very good fit but if they have to choose another i like Oliver Platt. he resembles him alot and he can play a good villain.
Matt Dillon as Electro: I think he just looks the most like him and i can just see him as Electro.
Hugh Laurie as Dr.Curt Connors/Lizard: He plays a good doctor and i can picture him become this monster, the Dr.Connors from the last Spider-man movie was just to fragile and quiet to envision as a monster.
John Cena as Rhino: Okay now i personally don't like wrestlers trying to really act, other than The Rock,but Cena has the mass and enough acting skills to play The Rhino. Not to mention thanks to wrestling he can get thrown around and throw others around.
